Emotionen, Geist, Sport: Die Ausstellung im Kreis Hildesheim in der Praxis und Fitnesstudio Wegner in Dingelbe lädt im September ein, mit Bildern von Künstlerin Lisa Elias aus Nettlingen diese Verbindung von Körper und Kunst zu erfahren. Elias Werke beschäftigen sich mit Natur und wie der Mensch sich in und mit ihr bewegt. Die Praxis Wegner, die dieses Jahr ihr 20 jähriges Jubiläum feiert, bietet zur Ausstellungseröffnung am 07.09.25 kostenlose Körperanalysemessungen sowie einen Agilitätstest an, außerdem finden Angebote statt, die Groß und Klein zur Bewegung einladen.
Lisa Elias stellt rund 30 Werke aus, sowohl neue Ölgemälde als auch ihre überregional bekannte Bilderserie “hazel”.

Das Magdalenengartenfest 2025 ist leider schon wieder vorbei und dieses Jahr hat uns das Wetter am Sonntag leider einen kleinen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Dafür war der Samstag super, super schön, ich habe neue, liebe Menschen kennenlernen dürfen und mein Herz verloren an @lorem_ipsum_cantus , die mir das wundervollste Geburtstagsständchen gesungen haben und allgemein unser aller Wochenende extrem bereichert haben mit ihrer Musik. 2 hours of painting the background of my new painting, squeezed in 85 seconds. Today's morning walk was so beautiful and I thought the view was worth to become a new background for a hazel piece. I haven't decided yet which animal and child will be part of the scenery, but I thought I'll try out a new video-programm to record my process. ❤️

My new digital painting "I feel you" is finished, my first artwork in 2025, yay! ☺️
I tried out a lot of different lightning situations and now, in my final piece, I like that we don't see where the shadow in the middle ground comes from. It lets us assume that there might be a forest or at least a tall tree behind us and this shadow area makes the foreground and the lightened background stand out even more and lets the main parts tell their story effectively. I loooove thinking about these things and how to bring up the feeling that I want to create. And have you discovered the tiny shoes? I had so much fun creating this piece 😂❤️ I am a nerd.

Working on details is always a critical stage in the painting. I prefer to not let the background be too sharp or "well painted", which is not easy as in digital art you can zoom in as much as you want and could create a super hyper picture with everything completely worked out...but that's not how the eye works, nor how we experience our reality. It's one of my biggest "rules" for my art series, to have this depth, to not look like a computer game, but more like you are standing right in the scenerie, and things you can't see perfectly seem to be more realistic.

My new painting "Backyard" is finished and printed!

I want to thank @lotte_liebertee for giving me great advice and insights for this painting. She is a very intelligent woman-check her out!

I chose penguins as the companion for the child in this piece because they are kings in their fitting surroundings - great swimmers, great hunters and perfectly adapted to the cold- and life is difficult for them if their surroundings don't fit. Which is the same with disabled people. It's a matter of how surroundings are barrier-free and how society includes the almost 10% (!!!) of people to let them live a more carefree life.

The special olympics this year showed very impressively what people are capable of if they are getting the chance to and I think it's one of the greatest events we have. Still there is more to do and to show and to speak and to understand about.

There are great (german) accounts that you should check out to get a better understanding about it, like @raulkrauthausen or @lotte_liebertee or many others in your countrys!

And for me it's time to say hi to our new basketball-queen in the backyard in the hazel-family! Nice to finally have you here ❤️

Proudly presenting my new digital painting "Feuerpferd", which is inspired by all the bad things happening right now and the will to stay strong nevertheless. We need to fight against racism, poverty, injustice and sexism, we need to find a way with and not against nature and connect through art, music and sports with people around our globe. Spread the flame of love and understanding, communication and run the long way to a peaceful world with endurance and faith. Don't give up.

All the great sport events this year gave me some hope and I wanted to capture the spirit of this year's @olympics , too, so the animal for this piece of my hazel series is a horse. Just like the horse that ran the Seine this year, I so totally loved it!

All the great sport events this year gave me some hope and I wanted to capture the spirit of this year's @olympics , too, so the animal for this piece of my hazel series is a horse. Just like the horse that ran the Seine this year, I so totally loved it!

Where I go after work:

Spending a lot of time infront if my canvas, my laptop or phone always requires some time in nature. Right now it's raining a lot in Germany and the big snails are loving it, so do some mushrooms and of course all plants are super fresh (which is loved by snails aswell again, my fellow garden owners will know what I mean 😅) . After some hot days everything is now recovering a bit and cooled down. I love heat and dry weather, to be honest, and this summer in particular is pretty wet, but I still try to see the positive things and a blooming nature is for shizzle the best thing about it ❤️

Me, looking everywhere to find motivation.

I don't know about you, my other creatives, creators, artists and filmmaker friends, but I find it really hard to stay motivated right now. It seems like people are less interested in buying art or come to exhibitions, I understand that there's less money so there's less left for the "unnecessary" things like art, and these instagram algorithm, etsy algorithms and internet web algorithms...I don't know, nothing seems to work since a few months and I am pretty frustrated right now. I hope I just stand up tomorrow and find the magical key to my inner motivation again that kept me going through the past years because that is what's annoying me the most- that the circumstances affect my creativity and my strive to work on my stuff, I really hope, it's just a phase. "Morning Moon" is my first digital painting in 2024.
Soon available as the new piece of my hazel-series. It took a long time to finally welcome a cat to my world, but I needed the fitting idea for it and the moon is just her perfect companion, at least in my mind. Colourful forests and a clear sky is what I would need these gray days in January, so you can see this painting as a kind of self-therapy I guess.

Autumn is already knocking on the door and I have to admit that I am very exhited about it...soups, pumpkins, cozyness, the opportunity to wear my 800 pullovers, baths, colourful trees...let's hope it's gonna be GOLDEN 💛 during the last weeks I've mainly been doing sports, hanging out with my close ones, cooked some stuff and tried to be in nature as much as possible and of course painted a lot. Das Magdalenengartenfest 2025 ist leider schon wieder vorbei und dieses Jahr hat uns das Wetter am Sonntag leider einen kleinen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. 2 hours of painting the background of my new painting, squeezed in 85 seconds. Today's morning walk was so beautiful and I thought the view was worth to become a new background for a hazel piece. I haven't decided yet which animal and child will be part of the scenery, but I thought I'll try out a new video-programm to record my process. ❤️

My new digital painting "I feel you" is finished, my first artwork in 2025, yay! ☺️
I tried out a lot of different lightning situations and now, in my final piece, I like that we don't see where the shadow in the middle ground comes from. It lets us assume that there might be a forest or at least a tall tree behind us and this shadow area makes the foreground and the lightened background stand out even more and lets the main parts tell their story effectively. I loooove thinking about these things and how to bring up the feeling that I want to create. And have you discovered the tiny shoes? I had so much fun creating this piece 😂❤️ I am a nerd.

Working on details is always a critical stage in the painting. I prefer to not let the background be too sharp or "well painted", which is not easy as in digital art you can zoom in as much as you want and could create a super hyper picture with everything completely worked out...but that's not how the eye works, nor how we experience our reality. It's one of my biggest "rules" for my art series, to have this depth, to not look like a computer game, but more like you are standing right in the scenerie, and things you can't see perfectly seem to be more realistic.

My new painting "Backyard" is finished and printed!

I want to thank @lotte_liebertee for giving me great advice and insights for this painting. She is a very intelligent woman-check her out!

I chose penguins as the companion for the child in this piece because they are kings in their fitting surroundings - great swimmers, great hunters and perfectly adapted to the cold- and life is difficult for them if their surroundings don't fit. Which is the same with disabled people. It's a matter of how surroundings are barrier-free and how society includes the almost 10% (!!!) of people to let them live a more carefree life.

The special olympics this year showed very impressively what people are capable of if they are getting the chance to and I think it's one of the greatest events we have. Still there is more to do and to show and to speak and to understand about.

There are great (german) accounts that you should check out to get a better understanding about it, like @raulkrauthausen or @lotte_liebertee or many others in your countrys!

And for me it's time to say hi to our new basketball-queen in the backyard in the hazel-family! Nice to finally have you here ❤️

Where I go after work:

Spending a lot of time infront if my canvas, my laptop or phone always requires some time in nature. Right now it's raining a lot in Germany and the big snails are loving it, so do some mushrooms and of course all plants are super fresh (which is loved by snails aswell again, my fellow garden owners will know what I mean 😅) . After some hot days everything is now recovering a bit and cooled down. I love heat and dry weather, to be honest, and this summer in particular is pretty wet, but I still try to see the positive things and a blooming nature is for shizzle the best thing about it ❤️

Me, looking everywhere to find motivation.

I don't know about you, my other creatives, creators, artists and filmmaker friends, but I find it really hard to stay motivated right now. It seems like people are less interested in buying art or come to exhibitions, I understand that there's less money so there's less left for the "unnecessary" things like art, and these instagram algorithm, etsy algorithms and internet web algorithms...I don't know, nothing seems to work since a few months and I am pretty frustrated right now. I hope I just stand up tomorrow and find the magical key to my inner motivation again that kept me going through the past years because that is what's annoying me the most- that the circumstances affect my creativity and my strive to work on my stuff, I really hope, it's just a phase. "Morning Moon" is my first digital painting in 2024.
Soon available as the new piece of my hazel-series. It took a long time to finally welcome a cat to my world, but I needed the fitting idea for it and the moon is just her perfect companion, at least in my mind. Colourful forests and a clear sky is what I would need these gray days in January, so you can see this painting as a kind of self-therapy I guess.

Autumn is already knocking on the door and I have to admit that I am very exhited about it...soups, pumpkins, cozyness, the opportunity to wear my 800 pullovers, baths, colourful trees...let's hope it's gonna be GOLDEN 💛 during the last weeks I've mainly been doing sports, hanging out with my close ones, cooked some stuff and tried to be in nature as much as possible and of course painted a lot. I am working on some new projects now for a while, in my head, in talks, in meetings, on exhibitions. I'm focusing a bit on oil painting again, as you know, I juggle with two forms of art. But (!) Hazel (my digital painting series) is having a cute event in Hildesheim in November aswell and I am very curious how you like the new paintings for the series ☺️

I am working on some new projects now for a while, in my head, in talks, in meetings, on exhibitions. I'm focusing a bit on oil painting again, as you know, I juggle with two forms of art. But (!) Hazel (my digital painting series) is having a cute event in Hildesheim in November aswell and I am very curious how you like the new paintings for the series ☺️
